How does drops work?

Oftentimes Engolio Company will present a new collection (also called drops) for your purchasing pleasure. Some things to note:

• All sales are final.

• Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be shipped. Please note, shipping time does not include delivery time.

How often will you drop new collections?

• Whenever we feel inspiration to drop a new collection, you will be notified of the awesomeness.

How long will it take to receive my product?

• Once the item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number and, depending on your location, shipping takes 3-7 business days..

• Not often, but sometimes multiple items you order may ship separately. We use multiple warehouses to create your beautiful product, just in case one is out of stock. This will not alter your delivery times. We thank you for understanding this.

Do you ship internationally?

• YES! We currently ship to several countries, including Canada, Mexico, The U.K. and France.

 What is the sizing of the products?

• Our products typically true to size, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
