Engolio Company (and Engolio Apparel) ensures each product purchased is met with highest quality and standards.

AT THIS TIME, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, if you feel your product was damaged in transit for whatever reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product. Please provide proof of issue (pictures of product, tag still attached and unworn) as well as proof of purchase to store@engolio.com with the subject line “Problem With Order”.

We will review the circumstance and if accepted, we’ll issue A STORE CREDIT ONLY, UP THE FULL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE.

Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and because of this, we reserve the right to provide a store credit if deemed appropriate.

Cancellations for Pre-orders

- During the pre-order period, if you would like to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact us immediately at store@engolio.com

- However, once your shipping label is created, you will not be able to cancel your order. At that time, the sale is final.

Exchange For Pre-orders

- DURING THE PRE-ORDER STAGE ONLY, if you would like to change your size, depending on what size you would like to switch to, we will try our best to satisfy the request. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN EXCHANGE. 

-DURING THE PRE-ORDER STAGE ONLY, if you desire to change your product (i.e. hoodie) with a completely different product (i.e. different color hoodie), we will try our best to satisfy your request, but this also is not guaranteed. 

- Hoodies and shirts cannot be exchanged because of the price difference.
